My story
I've spent 25 years in property and social impact. Here's the short version of how I got here, and why I'm building differently now.

The long chapter

The turning point
After decades in property, I fell out of love with it as an asset class. The burnout didn't come from property itself. It came from pushing myself in a direction I didn't want to go. That became the compass for everything I'm building now.
Where I am now
I still hold property, but I'm building with technology rather than headcount: automated systems and services designed from day one to run without me.
